We believe the Church is not a building, but is the living and spiritual body of believers of which the Lord Jesus Christ is the Head.   

We believe the Bible is the divine revelation of God’s word to man, and it is without error.  The Bible is the authoritative Word of God, and it is applicable to our everyday lives.  Moreover, it is the final authority in determining all matters of faith and conduct, and there is no salvation outside of what is taught in its pages.  "All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete and equipped for every good work." (2 Timothy 3:16-17).  

We believe that all men and women have sinned against God and their fellow man.  "And because all have sinned, all are in need of saving due to the fact that the payment of sin is death" (Romans 6:23).  Salvation means to be delivered from something, and salvation for you and I refers to being delivered from the payment and wages of sin through the precious blood, death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.  Salvation is more than just believing in one God, for the devils also believe and tremble (James 2:19) and they are not saved.  Salvation is founded on our faith in the Lord Jesus, and our faith is complete in our obedience and action to His word.
